粵泰•金邊港將分兩個階段共4期開發，首階段(一、二期)包括金邊多個標誌性的建築，包括第一家位於海外的中國大陸白天鵝大酒店，12萬平方公尺的大型購物商場、2萬平方公尺的商業街，另有多幢高級公寓和甲級辦公樓，建成後將成為金邊新的中央商業區(CBD)；次階段(三、四期)則是以高檔住宅公寓為主。
